A small light for every day.
Glim is a friendly AI coach for training, food, sleep and recovery. It reads your WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health data and plans around your real life.
Your day
Your day, drawn in light.
Today lives under a sky that follows the time of day, with the glim hanging in it like a sun. Three rings fill as the day happens: Train in sunlight, Fuel at sunrise, Recover by moonlight. Tap one to see what closes it.
- Train Today’s session and your steps 95%
- Fuel Protein, water and meals logged 78%
- Recover Last night’s sleep, topped up by a walk or a wind-down 54%
Wearables
Your data, flowing in.
Connect WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health. Each morning your sleep, recovery and heart data arrive, and today’s plan takes them into account. A rough night means a lighter session, not a lecture.
Your wearable data shapes your rings, your plan and what your coach tells you. Apple Health data is never used for advertising.
- WHOOP Recovery, HRV, strain, sleep
- Oura Readiness, sleep, temperature
- Apple Health Workouts, steps, weight, sleep

Ready. Today’s plan, rings and coach all start from here.
Real life
Plans around your real life.
Glim reads your calendar, if you let it. Playing a DJ set until 3 am? Today’s brief plans dinner before it, and your timeline gets a late-night stop: a nap this afternoon, coffee before 15:00, water through the night, and a lie-in tomorrow.
- Late nights. Sleep is protected around them, and the coach can move a hard session to a better day.
- Travel. Hotel dumbbells and a new time zone become a plan that still moves you forward.
- Busy days. Never miss twice: 20 minutes today keeps the streak.
Train
Every set, lit up.
A live workout made for a dim gym: big numbers you can read mid-set, steppers for weight and reps, and one button to log. Rest runs as a bar of light. Beat your best and the set bursts into a PR.
- It progresses you. Hit your reps last time and the next session asks for a little more.
- Staple lifts. Squats, presses, rows and hinges, planned around the days you can train.
Your coach
Just say it.
Tap the glim on any screen and it opens right there, already looking at what you’re looking at. Type or talk: “two scrambled eggs and sourdough for lunch” becomes a logged meal and an updated day. Bigger changes arrive as a card you accept or skip.
- Talk to it. Dictation runs on your iPhone where it can, and Glim can talk back.
- You stay in charge. New habits, travel mode and new targets wait for your yes.

Fuel
Food, without the spreadsheet.
Say what you ate, snap your plate or scan a barcode. Glim names each item, estimates the portion and shows its working, so you can fix anything before it counts. Calories fill a ring of sunrise and protein runs as a bar of light.
- Honest estimates. A guess is marked as a rough guess, and the coach says what it assumed.
- Meal plans with photos. A week of meals for one or two, with the grocery list to match. Water tracking is there if you want it.

Progress
See the week add up.
Your goal and the trend behind it, not the noise of one weigh-in. “This week” counts sessions, protein days and good nights, and your streak keeps count of the weeks you showed up.
- Trends, not guilt. A missed day is a missed day. The trend is what moves.
- A weekly check-in. Two minutes on how the week felt, and the coach tunes next week’s plan.
Together
Better with two lights.
Coach together with your partner. Share a meal plan and a grocery list, tap “Me too” when you ate the same lunch, and send a cheer (or a gentle nudge) when it counts. You choose what they see.
Each of you sees the other in their own colour. Weight and meals stay private unless you share them, and progress photos and your calendar are never shared.
And more
One small light, the whole day.
-
Tasks, routines and habits
Plan the day in calm visual blocks. Routines count down step by step, and habits keep a gentle streak.
-
A setup checklist
Getting going is a short list you can finish at your own pace, one small step at a time.
-
Bloodwork in plain words
Add a lab report and Glim shows what changed over time. It points out what to ask your doctor about. It never diagnoses.
-
Light you can tilt
Tilt your phone and the light across rings, cards and glass moves with it.
-
What’s new, in one tap
After an update, Glim shows what changed and lets you try each thing with a single tap.
-
Cycle-aware, if you want it Opt-in
Off unless you turn it on. Then training and recovery can follow your cycle. It stays private unless you choose to share your phase.
Glim is a coach, not a doctor. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn’t a medical device. Your health data is never used for advertising.
